Paul Coll is a world-leading squash athlete and one of the most successful players in the history of the sport. A former world number 1, three-time British Open champion and current World No. 2, Paul has established himself as a benchmark for fitness, work ethic, consistency, resilience, and high-performance execution on the global stage.
With extensive experience competing across PSA World Tour events, World Championships, and major international competitions, he brings deep insight into the demands of elite performance at the highest level.
At Performance Labs, Paul contributes practical athlete insight into performance system design, helping ensure training environments and development frameworks remain grounded in the realities of elite competition.
DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE (CO-FOUNDER)
Scott Logan is a strength and conditioning coach, sport scientist and high-performance practitioner with over 18 years of experience across elite sport, national teams, and world-class athletes. He has led physical performance programs across Olympic cycles, World Cups, and Commonwealth Games environments, including roles with the Black Sticks Men’s Hockey, Auckland Cricket, and Squash New Zealand.
Scott specialises in integrating sport science into applied performance systems—bridging data, coaching, and athlete development to create clear, structured, and effective performance environments.
Holding a Masters degree with first class honours, Scott has presented globally at conferences and high performance symposiums along side some of the biggest names in the Sports performance world.
His unique experience as a world leading strength and conditioning coach, former international athlete and coach allows him to really understand the demands and performance needs of elite sport.
At Performance Labs, he leads the design, delivery and coaching of evidence-based performance systems that help athletes and organisations train with clarity, reduce injury risk, and improve performance outcomes.

Nele Gilis is a former world number 4 and current number 11 professional squash player and one of the most respected competitors on the PSA World Tour. Known for her fitness, tactical intelligence, discipline, and consistency at the elite level, she brings extensive experience from years competing against the world’s best.
Throughout her career, Nele developed a deep understanding of performance preparation, athlete development, and the psychological demands of high-performance sport across international competition environments.
At Performance Labs, she supports the design and refinement of athlete-centred performance systems, contributing insight into development pathways, training quality, and the lived experience of elite performance.
